Every Photo Tells a Story {The Scrapbook Diaries}

Hi There!

Today I am sharing with you a layout-kit for The Scrapbook Diaries.
I haven't created much kits for the last months but I am totally
 ready to create more and more kits :-)

This layout-kit comes with full step by step instructions followed by
step by step photos. This is not a "heavy" layout "wearing" modelling pastes
or paints. This is a very relaxing to create layout and I hope you will enjoy it.
You will be working with pretty products from "49 and Market" and "Dusty Attic".

You can check The Scrapbook Diaries Blog Post -----------> HERE

You can purchase the kit ----------------> HERE

And of course, as always, Janene created an adorable bonus page for you.
Love it, Janene! Thank you!

Thank you so much for visiting me today!

My Heart Smiles With You {Dusty Attic}

Hi There!

I am sharing another canvas layout with you today. My project is
inspired by the gorgeous Dusty Attic November's moodboard.
All new releases from Dusty Attic are so gorgeous that I had hard time
choosing which ones I want to use first.  Check them out --------> HERE
I wish I could use all of them on one project :-)

Here are some close-up photos for you...

In general all chipboard on today's project was treated with Dusty in Colour paint...
except the clockwork and (part of) arrow chipboards which were treated only with gesso.

I am loving the Foliage chippies so much.
Adding the matching colour is basically all they need to show their beauty.

The awesome Industrial globe chipboard was decorated underneath with a piece of pattern paper.

To give some rusty look I added orange paint to the already painted in brown Iron Garnish border.

Thank you for visiting me today!
Have a creative day!

Celebrating YOU {Dusty Attic}

Hi There!

Today I will share with you my take on Dusty Attic moodboard for August.
I was inspired by the colour scheme but I didn't use the sketch this time.
I chose "Celebrating You" title because it was perfect for my photo -
my daughter, celebrating her 10th birthday.

I use two different chipboard frames to mat my photo.
The Doily frame I painted in white and added pearls as a final touch.
I used one of the String Frames, painted it in pink and layered/adhered it
on top of the doily. Then I added the photo.

I used black ink to "paint" the "Celebrating You" caption.

I used a few leaves from "Floral Layers" chipboard.
All leaves were treated with black ink.

The Boho Feathers got a layer of gesso and after that I gave them a pink-green touch.
Because I didn't want the paint to be too strong I added a bit of glitter.
After that I dabbed a bit of gesso on the feathers.

We can't wait to see what you will create with this month's moodboard!
Happy Crafting!
